Principle of plate technology
The basic components of a plate and gasket exchanger are as follows :
- The bundle of plate consisting of cold-stamped, corrugated plates, the number of which depends on the heating programme.
- The gaskets to ensure that the channels are isolated from one another and to control fluid flow.
- The frame for assembling and tightening the plates.

Technical characteristics and models
An extensive range
- 47 sizes of plate with 2 different angles
- Single-stream exchangers in most cases
- Tube diameters from 25 mm to 500 mm
- Design pressure up to 25 bar
- Plates: AISI 304, 316, Titanium, Hastelloy®, etc.
- Gaskets: Nitrile,EPDM,Viton,etc..
- Frames: for industrial and food processing uses
