Non-destructive tests
Various tests are performed throughout the manufacturing process
to ensure product conformity:
- visual inspections
- dimensional checks
- dye penetrant test
- X-ray and gamma-ray tests
- ultrasonic tests
- tightness tests:
air - helium – NH3
- pressure tests
- material traceability
- continuous recording of welding parameters.
